Bug Description

Running intltool-update with Perl 5.26 fails:

"""
Unescaped left brace in regex is illegal here in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/^(.*)\${ <-- HERE ?([A-Z_]+)}?(.*)$/ at /home/joerg/Development/buildroot/host/usr/bin/intltool-update line 1065.
"""

Though this patch [1] is for Perl 5.22, it fixes the issue for Perl 5.26, too.

Note, that Arch Linux updated Perl from version 5.24 to 5.26 some days ago. Before the update, running the intltool-update did not failed.
