Bug Description
When intltool-update --pot exits with error (such as when it's interrupted), it leaves *.h files it generated. And next run of intltool-update --maintain detects the files as new localizable files and asks developers to classify them into POTFILES.in or POTFILES.skip.
The files are those generated inside of intltool-update and developers are not aware of them. Even if being asked to classify them, no idea.
intltool-update should clean up generated files upon error exit and/or be capable of recognizing files it generated and don't
ask developer to classify the files into POTFILES.*.
