Description
===========
There are some issues when executing workload 'dockerswarm' as below:
* Can not ssh to swarm node
* Need to print 'yes' manually three times
The authenticity of host '172.23.28.153 (172.23.28.153)' can't be established.
ECDSA key fingerprint is 64:5f:5b:c2:7e:c2:78:0c:33:9e:ab:ce:43:32:51:96.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?

Steps to reproduce
==================
* Clone the latest source
git clone https://github.com/openstack/interop-workloads.git in-wo-m
* Create my cloud's vars file
* Execute ansible-playbook
ansible-playbook -e "action=apply env=inspur password=interop" site.yml

Expected result
===============
SUCCESS

Actual result
=============
Failure

I tried to reproduce the 'unable to find' issue after a fresh install.
But it was gone. So i updated this bug's description.

    Fix some issues when executing workload 'dockerswarm'.

    * Disable checking for `scp`, add '-o StrictHostKeyChecking=no';
    * Add the process that waiting for ssh connection OK of nodes.
