Integrated Graphics not working on Atom x7425E when using realtime-kernel

Hello,

I've run into an issue where the graphics driver is defaulting to LLVM 15.0.7 when using realtime-kernel on a system with an Intel Atom x7425E chip.

My system is currently on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS. The Intel UHD graphics works just fine when on the normal, non-realtime kernel but as soon as I swapped to the realtime-kernel, it no longer works and falls back to the llvmpipe software driver instead.
