Bug Description
Description:
There is a issue in describing PBF capabilities via _CPC guaranteed element. So CLX platforms has to fix the BIOS and not use this elements. Instead nominal performance element is getting used.
This will require driver changes. This change is done in both cpc acpi and intel_pstate.
