[Feature] Crystal Ridge - BTT - Rework error clearing

Description:

Clearing errors in the IO path in the BTT is not feasible, as the acpi DSM path can also sleep. Move the error clearing out of the IO path, to before putting a block on the free list. Also investigate using the map error bit to persist error information in BTT metadata.
