We need to support Wireless-AC 9560 (Jefferson Peak 2) in a future project, is it already upstreamed? If not, what is the plan?

Driver for ThP and JfP were upstreamed to bluetooth-next but not merged to mainline yet.

FW is not ready to upstream yet and it is still in Beta phase. I don't have exact upstream date yet.

However, we can provide a pre-Beta release to you under NDA.

We have the merge from comment #7 in bionic already. I'm not seeing the commits from comment #8 in upstream linux-firmware at all though.
