Bug Description
SD Card is correctly listed in /etc/fstab but does not get mounted during startup/restart.
A manual action of removing and reconnecting the SD card into the Intel Joule is needed before the SD card is recognized by the OS. Ubuntu Core and Ubuntu 16.04 running on the Intel Joule both are affected by this problem. See https:/

I've noticed this as well. It even happens on reboot, which is really troublesome :(
