Brightness, contrast not working on MX4 (arale)

Bug Description
As the description says, none of the effects like brightness, contrast or saturation does work on my Meizu MX4.
What happens:
I move the brightness slider to 100, nothing happens.
Whtat should happen:
The picture should get brighter.
Please note that the sliders work on my BQ Aquaris tablet, so it seems it's a MX4 specific problem.
