preset filter names inconsistent

With all the capital letters and lowercase letters mixed in the lists like "Image Drawing Basic", a few are formatted differently.

These typos are:

"Non realistic 3D shaders" instead of "Non-realistic 3D Shaders,
"Quadritone fantasy" instead of "Quadritone Fantasy" (in Color),
"Oil painting" instead of "Oil Painting" (in Image Paint and Draw),
"Snow crest" instead of "Snow Crest" in Protrusions
"Dark And Glow" instead of "Dark and Glow" (in Shadows and Glows).

And maybe "Contouring discrete" and "Contouring table" would be more consistent as
"Contouring Discrete" and "Contouring Table".

Personally I wouldn't use capitals for every word or would use no capitals at all.
And, would rethink the preset filters and their organization.

Forgot to mention "Pixel tools" is present instead of "Pixel Tools" or for that matter "Pixel Tool".

New translations needed, so we need confirmation that strings are not frozen in 0.92.2.

I see there's a string freeze for 0.92.2, and tother translation updates are expected. So it's ok to apply the patch to the branch.
