This is a very important feature since if you search on
google "inkscape EPS" you're taken to the front index page
of which says clearly "It imports formats such
as Postscript, EPS, ..." when it does not.

What would also be appreciated is an easy way to export
multiple files into a specific format.

By installing ps to edit and Skencil you get some sort of
importing of EPS-files, but it is not working perfectly.
ps to edit does not always manage to open the eps-file
either. Inkscape developers should cooperate with the
ps-to-edit programmer to make this import work.

Freehand formats are not documented which mean it would take
a huge amount of time to reverse engineer and implement
those formats.

Adobe illustrator support has already been requested. AI 10
actually uses PDF inside AI files so as Inkscape gets better
PDF support it will also get better support for the current
Adobe Illustrator file format.

Thanks for your feedback.

I will be interesting. I could export to .AI (Adobe Ilustrator) format and work inner Flash, por example

The support for AI format is already discussed in bug #171623, please don't add information about AI format here.
