rectangles with rounded corners misrendered in outline view mode with cairo >= 1.11.4 and < 1.12.4

Ever since upgrading cairo to 1.11.4 (development snapshot) and 1.12.x, the rendering of rectangles with rounded corners in outline view mode is broken in Inkscape 0.48.x and 0.48+devel.

Please see attached screenshots illustrating the "brokenness" of the outline view mode, using the widget factory mockup for Adwaita (Gtk3) from jimmac as test file:

Reproduced with
- Inkscape 0.48.2, 0.48.3.1 and 0.48+devel r11342 on OS X 10.7.3 with Gtk+/X11 2.24.10, Gtk+/Quartz 2.24.10, cairo 1.12.2
- Inkscape 0.48.3.1 and 0.48+devel r11342 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 with Gtk+/Quartz 2.24.10, cairo 1.11.4

Not reproduced with
- Inkscape 0.48.2, 0.48.3.1 and 0.48+devel r11342 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 with Gtk+/X11 2.24.8, cairo 1.10.2

Confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk revision 11342+cairo 1.12.2 (from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win32/openSUSE_12.1/noarch/).

Confirmed with cairo git master (f228769dfe5a8b5d73c49a41e95e31ed73a77fb3) on OS X 10.7.4,
testing Inkscape 0.48.3.1 and current trunk (r11469) with DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH set to load cairo 1.12.3 (git master) instead of current stable 1.12.2.

Setting bug status to 'Triaged' (can be closed as 'Invalid' for Inkscape once the fix is available in a released stable version of cairo).

Closing as current Inkscape version (0.92.4) has cairo 1.16.0 which is greater than 1.12.4.
