could only open dxf one time after installing Versin 0.48

Installed Version 0.48.2 on Windows 7 and could, after fesh installing, import the dxf. By the next time, i wanted to open this file again it didn´t work and i got this:

KeyError: u'1'

The dxf is generated from Lectra Modaris

thanks for the file, when I try to open it I get an error as well, on Windows 7, Inkscape 0.48.3.1
The problem is that the file is from AutoCad Release 12, and the current dxf import routine will only read Release 13 or newer. You can convert from one to the other using QCad, since the default format for saving from QCad is Release 13. When I do this I get the attached dxf file.

when I load this into Inkscape, I get the attached svg file, which looks reasonable as far as I can tell.
