Bug Description
I'm using Inkscape 0.48.2 r9819.
I created the attached svg using inkscape.
Please open the attached svg
-- with Firefox
-- with inkscape
and note the missing object connectors at inkscape.
On a side note: if you use "save copy as" in inkscape, this will produce a file that differs from the attached file.

Known regression of connectors in Inkscape 0.48: on load, connectors are "displaced" (start and/or end point at 0,0) due to the stack order - attaching "fixed" version of the SVG file with connector lines stacked on top of the connected shapes (circles): renders correctly on-load in Inkscape 0.48.2, 0.48.3.1 and 0.48+devel r11265.
