Bug Description
* Untranslatable string:
- Export Bitmap dialog -> "_Custom" botton
* Unlocalized string:
- Measure Path extenstion -> Display Format drop downlist -> "Angle 0"
In measure.inx, it's coded "Angle__0" (two spaces between "Angle" and "0").

The current implementation looks a bit heavy IMHO.
I'd rather add a separate Orientation parameter with the angle value only (float entry), and use a radio box for the Display Format parameter with two values: Text on Path and Fixed Angle.
