0.48.3.1 setup hang on aspell - windows 7 x64

Windows intaller for 0.48.3.1 hangs on aspell, it starts using one cpu at 100% and needs to be killed, installation never completes. Tested on two windows 7 x64 PCs.

Was it a clean install or an upgrade from an older Inkscape version?

Clean install.

Not reproduced on Windows XP.
The aspell step took about 15-20 seconds, but the installation completed successfully.

Installing v 0.48.2 on Win7 X64 it took quite while, sat for probably 20 minutes stuck on aspell with no change before finally continuing. Still a bug but might be able to install if given time.

I'll just add a confirmation on this bug as well. I'm not on an exactly fresh install of Windows 7 x64, but I did run PC Decrapifier, CCleaner, Windows Update, and rebooted before running the gamut of program installations that I do with a new Windows system. Once Inkscape 0.48.2.1 got to aspell, the remainder of the installation process seemed to take longer than it should (not just aspell).

Seems like Inkscape got caught up in the typical Windows installation scenario, where the final 5% seems to take 50% of installation time. :)

Just experiencing this. Fresh install on Win 8 64 bit. V 0.48.4-1.
Install took about 10 min.

This happened to me on Version 0.48.5.1 exactly as described in bug description. Odd that a bug this old hasn't been resolved yet.

While this says it is a duplicate of another bug my issue was an exact match for this bug (install hang at aspell) and not the original bug which referenced a different file.
