Bug Description
According to the list of keyboard shortcuts it should be possible to Shift-click on the handles of an arc or segment to "make whole" (i.e. turn back into a full ellipse).
This works for one of the handles, but not the other. It would make sense for the behaviour to be the same regardless of which handle is clicked.
I'm using Inkscape 0.48.3.1 on Ubuntu 10.10.

Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.46 on Mac OS X 10.5.8
Reproduced with Inkscape 0.47, 0.48.x and 0.48+devel r11131 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 and OS X 10.7.2
Apparently the 'Shift+click' option for the arc 'Start' handle got lost between Inkscape 0.46 and 0.47.
