Bug Description
Try:
pdftex -jobname ink '\relax $\phi \varphi$ \bye'
inkscape --export-
I see that the svg output has swapped \phi and \varphi.
inkscape --version
Inkscape 0.48.1 r9760 (Feb 25 2012)
