On Windows XP, revision 11030, new OCAL dialog (introduced in revision 11027 with the merge of lp:~and471/inkscape/ocal-dialog-improvements).
Steps to reproduce:
1) launch Inkscape trunk
2) open 'File > Import Clip Art…'
3) enter search phrase and click on "Search"
After a while searching, Inkscape crashes with a laconic message:

terminate called without an active exception
Emergency save activated!
....

No bt available. Worked well last time I tested it from the branch (old devlibs).
The new OCAL dialog works as expected on Ubuntu 11.04 and Debian Wheezy. |
Crashers found with the new OCAL dialog:
- With two concurrent searches (Ubuntu, not reproduced yet).
-> Not fixed.
- When receiving non UTF-8 data (Ubuntu, not reproduced - probably fixed on OCAL).
-> Patch comment #15.
- When no network connexion is available (Windows only, r11030)
-> Fixed r11538.
- When clearing the search box (Windows only, r11077)
-> Fixed r11141.
- When searching and data not available (Ubuntu)
-> Fixed r11289. |
