When compiling: only glib.h should be included

Bug Description

When trying to compile 0.48.2 on gcc-4.5.2 with glib-2.31.18, I get plenty of messages saying that only glib.h should be included directly, and no files like glib/gstring.h

Maybe a change from previous glib versions?
