Changing the color of the entire text of a subscript or superscript works correctly.
Changing the color of one letter within this region and that newly recolored letter is positioned incorrectly.
(It looks like the baseline offset is applied twice.)
The same thing happens if the font size of a single letter is adjusted - and it stays in the wrong position even if the font size is changed back. (ie, 13->12 (moves) -> 13 (stays moved).

I found this by accident when trying to color all of a superscript, but accidentally failed to highlight the first letter.
It is not a very important bug, because this letter by letter formatting isn't something anybody is likely to do. Still, it might indicate some other more important issue.
