Bug Description

If I ungroup the largest group of the attached file via Inkscape, some of the arrows are replaced unexpectedly. The arrows also are replaced in the same manner, if I export the drawing to PDF. I'm using Inkscape 0.48.2.

Fixed version attached which opens without displaced connectors in Inkscape 0.48.2

To work around bug #795627, select all circles (with 'Shift+Ctrl+LMB click' to select objects within groups), convert the selected objects to path (menu 'Path > Object to Path') and nudge the converted paths with the arrow keys (e.g. a step up and back down again) to flatten the preserved transforms into the path data 'd' itself.

If some connectors are still displaced on load, make sure that they are stacked higher in z-order than the connected objects.
