Values in Color HSL mode have wrong units

Bug Description
The colors in HSL mode have Byte values.
The correct units for HSL are:
HUE in degree (0-360°)
Saturation in percent (0-100%)
Lightness in percent (0-100%)
This is the standard for this mode and important
for developing color tones and harmonys. Byte
values are not usable for that.
