Bug Description
It would be valuable to artists to be able to export bitmaps in the current display mode (toggled via View->Display Mode).
Here is a user story:
I am an artist who makes realism portraits and I make heavy use of the blur feature. Most artists consider the blur feature as not true vector art, so I would like to export a version of the piece that is pure vector with filters turned off (as shown in the "no-filters" display mode) and a version with filters on for the client. Currently I would have to select all my vectors and set blur to 0. Also, there may be cases where a wireframe bitmap would be valuable to the artist, but I can't think of any.
Ideas for solutions:
Check box on export bitmap dialog that reads "ignore display mode setting" with default to true.
OR
Just always respect the display mode setting and the user will figure out that when they are in pure-vector display it will export pure-vector.
