Bug Description

In a split window you can edit logos, fonts, icons, etc. at the same time in a larger size and the real, which greatly facilitate their alignment and work on little things.

Have you tried 'View > Duplicate window'? You can open multiple windows with the current document and see changes in one window live-update in the other ones. It allows to work at different zoom levels and with view modes in each of them.

This good, but inconvenient - menu/panels and dialogs take up much space. Good solution - leave blank window always on top with the configuration of the view.

You can hide those individually per window (Menu 'View > Show/Hide', 'Shift+F11' toggles all window decorations off (except the dock), 'F12' toggles the dock's visibility.

Thank you, exactly what i want, but it is not obvious option, then the only desire - to make the button to create a window of view without dialogues, panels and menus.

Clarification:
- 'Shift+F11' toggles all window decorations off (except the dock)
+ 'Shift+F11' toggles visibility of all GUI elements and the menu bar (except the dock)

If you hid all GUI elements, you can still show/hide the rulers and scrollbars individually (Ctrl+R, Ctrl+B).

summary: - suggest a new feature - the separation of the editing window
+ Duplication of the editing window

What about adding a preference option for the duplicate window?
With a couple of values such as Normal, No tools (only scrollbars, rulers and status bar) and Minimal (everything disabled).
