Printout is misaligned with semi-transparent objects

Objects on printout are misaligned on Canon inkjet Mark II Pro 9000.
The same document is printed correctly to XPS format.
Please check attachment for screenshot (source file, correct XPS document and canon print preview).

Does it also occur if you change the opacity of the inner curved shape to 100% (currently 98%)?

Changing it to 100% fixed the problem.
After changing it back to 98% issue reappeared.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.2, OKI printer.

Not reproduced with trunk revision 10785 (old devlibs) and 10948 (devllibs r27).

Note that printing with PDFCreator never produces misaligned printouts (even with 0.48.2).
