Print orientation cannot be configured

Bug Description
When printing a landscape document (width>height), it is always rotated by 90°. It maybe seem like a good idea for standard sizes on cut sheet, but it's a real problem when printing on roll paper, where you often print in landscape to minimize paper usage. This happens with version 0.48.1.
So it would be nice to be able to choose the print orientation.
