http://inkscape.org/download/?lang=en the link from download page for Mirrored Win32 Builds redirects to Airports Council International of North America 404. http://inkscape.modevia.com/win32/?M=D again no contact info on http://inkscape.org/

modevia.com no longer hosts files for inkscape.

The links on inkscape.org to inkscape.modevia.com need to be removed until an alternative hosting is found.
