The server at modevia is no longer available for us to use, and the Inkscape project doesn't yet have an alternative solution to host nightly builds for osx and win32 elsewhere (for linux, the PPAs are hosted at launchpad).

The download page at inkscape.org should be updated (all links to inkscape.modevia.com removed, including any to the doxygen documents used to be hosted there as well).

No need for major hosting... nightly builds could easily be distributed through a torrent link. This is what torrent is developed for.
