Those warnings are harmless, but nevertheless the application bundle should ship with an updated gtkrc file for newer version of the GTK+ theme engine 'Clearlooks' now included in the bundle.

1) Diff for gtk theme committed to trunk in r11763, backported to 0.48.x in r9916:
- update gtkrc for newer options of current Clearlooks engine
- desktop-integration: disable icons for buttons and menus
- use default icon sizes (instead of tango)

2) WRT warning about «The 'hicolor' theme was not found either, perhaps you need to install it.»
Tracked in bug #446842 (fix for OS X package was committed in r11762 (trunk) and backported in r9915)
