Bug Description
It would be useful to have a function to rotate an object in a way that the area of its bounding box is minimized (if applicable) i.e. to get the object oriented to some defined, normalized rotation state.
Maybe even better would be a rotation center which has an associated vector that defines an object's internal coordinate system which can the be used to align objects with respect to their rotation.
> a rotation center which has an associated vector
> that defines an object's internal coordinate system
