BSOD when trying to run Inkscape

Bug Description

Just installed Inkscape with Inkscape-0.48.2-1-win32.exe on WinXP SP3
No apparent problems with installer.
Each time I try to run Inkscape, I get a BSOD PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

FWIW - Inkscape portable appears to run OK

Please retry with the newest Inkscape version (0.92.3) and if possible a newer Windows version (7 or 10).
