Missing file type bindings [raster formats] on OSX

Bug #846630 reported by Ziga on 2011-09-10

Bug Description

Inkscape can open raster formats (png!) natively.
Yet, it does not appear on Finder "Open with..." menu for bitmap files, only SVG.
Probably some keys are missing in some .plist file.

IMvHO not really 'natively' (Inkscape is not a raster graphics editor):
* the directly opened bitmap image is linked or embedded via <image> tag into a SVG structure
* the output file format 'Cairo PNG' which will get used when saving edits to a PNG file opened directly does not support the full feature set of Inkscape and SVG 1.1:
- no transparency (always adds a solid white background)
- no filter effects
- broken pattern paints
- hinted but aliased text, etc.
See also bug #669267, bug #1374970, and the related section in the manual [1].

The PNG image file type was added based on user request to 'CFBundleTypeExtensions' for the OS X application bundle in trunk <lp:inkscape> r13856, and backported to stable release branch <lp:inkscape/0.91.x> in r13704.
