Bug Description
Please allow the moving and adjusting of nodes while drawing a Bezier. This is for example possible with the Bezier tool in GIMP, see attachment.
The implementation in GIMP is perhaps too flexible, even allowing to change the node type and break the curvature by inserting a cusp. This is in my opinion not needed. But allowing to move previously added nodes and adjusting the curvature while remaining in drawing mode is desirable. Perhaps a key such as SHIRT, CTRL, ALT or a combination would allow the user to temporarily go into node edit mode (F2) to explicitly activate this functionality. This would still allow for maximum freedom of creating Beziers and would be even better then GIMP implementation.
Implementing this would increase the speed of accurate tracing or designing without having to draw the entire shape ugly and fixing the nodes afterwards.

(Comment #8 details the current implementation: node tool keyboard shortcuts are available in the pen tool for the last created node).
