Bug Description
Ok this is for version 0.48.2 portable version. I have added selected image and this is the following results I get when I use fill option with zero stroke selected. There is a border in the fill firstly when I have selected that there not be one. Then the consistency of the fill is so varied, the fill looks ridiculous. When you zoom close to the image and you try fill the slices of the object the warning " the area is not bounded; unable to fill" comes up, but if you zoom out and do the exact same procedure, NO error occurs.

Inconsistent warning about unbounded area reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (i386)
First tests show that the error disappears as soon as there is another object in the bottom half of the page (below the objects to be filled): the attached file has an additional rectangle at the bottom of the page and allows to create partial fillings for greater precision at higher zoom levels.
The position / size of the additional object with which partial filling works at higher zoom levels seems to depend on window size/zoom level and the boundaries to get filled, possibly also on the bucket fill tool threshold option.
