Description (tooltip) of "Rights" entity of Dublon Core in Inkscape is as follows:

However, it's different from dublincore.org's:

"Information about rights held in and over the resource."

Strangely, the original version of the DC already has the same description as the most recent one (see http://dublincore.org/documents/1999/07/02/dces/). I don't know why the designer of the metadata dialog did choose a different one.
I'll try to investigate a bit more before changing anything.
Note that all metadatas descriptions are different from the ones on the DC page.

@JazzyNico: Have you looked into this yet? Any reasoning behind it?

I can change all metadata tooltips to map the definitions of dublin core. Just put me as assignee.

@christoffer-holmstedt - No, I didn't find time and motivation to investigate the reason why it's different. But I guess it's safe just replacing everything with the current official definitions.
