Bug Description
1. Open the attached file in firefox and see that there are many connectors.
2. Open the same file in inkscape and see that most are missing.
This is a file that I created using inkscape.

Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.47, reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.1, 0.48.2 and 0.48+devel r10577 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (i386).
Linking as duplicate to Bug #795627 “Connector between shapes is corrupted on load (stack order)”.
The attached modified version of the file works in Inkscape 0.48.1 as well as current trunk: the connectors have been raised above the circles they connect to avoid the incorrect routing on load.
