Line width custom menu

People who has worked with ink pencils like Rotring Rapid/ISOgraph SS Technical Pen are used to work with defined line width as:
0.1
0.12
0.18
0.2
0.25
0.35
0.4
0.5
0.6
0.7
0.8
1.0
1.4

We oldies, old Technical Pen users, know what this line widths represent on paper or prints. If it was possibly to do your own Line width menus, or Line width palette in some way.

For example 0.1.. 0.25... 0.35... 0.5.
AND when you have your 4-8-? different line width custom menu you should be able to shortcut them with example w+Page up and w+Page down. When you have w+Page up to the last line width on the menu and w+Page up one step more it start from the beginning again (thinnest line width).
