Bounding box do not following object

The bounding box around a ellipse should follow the rotation of the ellipse, when it still is a object primitive (A preference option perhaps).
This is way: Technical illustration: An ellipse align 90 degrees to its axle in perspective (think the end ellipse of a pipe in perspective. Image: http://korta.nu/ez0gf ). Now you don't have any help in InkScape to do that, you can't use the bounding box as in other vector program. One solution could be a align tool, it's even better.
