If the same error reoccurs with the newly installed version (there is no such build available btw - did you mean 0.48.1-2 or 0.48.2-1 (upcoming new bug-fix release)?), please try the procedure described in bug #769894: completely shut down your computer, wait a minute or two, then reboot and launch Inkscape.

Yes, my mistake, the that is the build that is running now.

I've checked those possible duplicates, I use inkscape on regular basis, closed all my apps to install those windows updates, then fully restarted windows. Trying to open inkscape throwed that error, tryed to start several times, so i thought because the new updates, then unistalled and installed the newer version, without windows restart the new inkscape started OK.

Very similar to those other reports you mention, but in this case I was recently restarted
