Bug Description
Problem:
File -> Inkscape preferences -> Grids -> "Don't emphasize gridlines when zoomed out" checkbox is using negative text. Negative text in checkboxes should be avoided : http://
In this case I think also "Blooper 2: Using a checkbox for a non-ON/OFF setting" matches.
Solution:
- Change checkbox text into:"Use normal grid line color instead of major grid line color when zoomed out".
- Change "Grid line color" text into "Normal grid line color" next to color selector tool
Solution 2 (which I think is even better considering usability considering that user is making a choice from two options):
- Use radio buttons with title "Use this color for grid lines when zoomed out" and options "Normal grid line color" and "Major grid line color".
- Change "Grid line color" text into "Normal grid line color" next to color selector tool

Patch attached.
I still hesitate to use major and normal grid lines labels. The grid extensions use major and minor, and it would be more consistent to use the same words here.
Any objection?
ps: the attached patch still needs work in the document preferences code to reflect the minor/major change.
