Bug Description
Currently objects or nodes can only(?) be aligned to horizontal or vertical lines. In many cases (e.g. when using axonometric projection) a user may want to lay out objects along diagonal paths.
While there are other techniques (axonometric grids, guides) available, they do not have all the features provided by align tool (just like rectangular grids are not a substitute for align tool).
This feature could further be generalized by aligning to an arbitrary path/stroke.
