Bug Description

"U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2" can't be use as a CMS profile. It let me assigned in the Document Properties > Color Management, but not let me use it in CMS color tab.

Some other color profiles can't be use too, still testing. But "U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2" is a must in the printing world.

Inkscape 0.48.1, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit updated to the latest version available.

I've noticed it is necessary to reopen "Fill and stroke" dialog several times before it is possible to choose linked profile in CMS tab.

Please describe more detailed what happens if you try to use a linked ICC profile in the CMS tab of the Fill&Stroke dialog.
