Bug Description

Draw two lines at 0 and 90 degrees orientation (normals) forming a simplified cross shape. Try resizing the one at 90deg vertically. Observe how snapping never occurs.

Situation similar to this is demonstrated in attached video.

This has been fixed I think, somewhere in my recent snapping code refactoring efforts. At least I haven't been able to reproduce it. Please test a recent revision, e.g. >= 10569.

Please note that the usage of the snap buttons has been changed slightly though. First we had a group master button, which represented the snap sources, and a number of slave buttons that represented the snap targets. From now on all slave buttons represent both the snap sources as well as the snap targets, and I've changed the icons of the master buttons accordingly

BTW thanks for posting a video; it's amazing how efficient a video is in communicating such a "visual" problem!

Sorry, but I was wrong. This bug is still present!

Now it should have been fixed for real!
