Adjusting color on CMS tab turns off color managment

Bug Description
It is impossible to adjust fill or stroke color using CMS tab on "Fill and Stroke" dialog. Changing channel values turns off color managent - sets profile to <none>
This happens only with profiles using LAB or CMYK colorspaces. RGB profiles works well.
Steps to reporoduce:
1) Link CMYK eg. Fogra 27 profile using "Document Preferences" dialog
2) Draw and select an object eg. rectangle
3) Try to sef fill of the object using CMS tab on "Fill and Stroke" dialog using linked profile.
4) Try to change channel values - selected profile on CMS tab should be automatically switched to <none>
I use Inkscape r10481 build on Windows XP.
