Bug Description
Extensions>Text menu items are pretty chaotic arranged. It is really harsh to change case of text because relevant items are interlaced with others. I propose rearrange the menu in the way I illustrated in an attachment.

Since the extensions menu doesn't support manual sorting and separators, the sub-menu version is the best option here.
I'm working on it.
