Bug Description
Tested on
Linux Mint 10
linux 2.6.35-30 gen.,
Gnome 2.32.0,
Inkscape v.0.48.1 (me)
Windows XP,
Inkscape v.0.48.0 (my girlfriend's pc)
it's replicable at any time
v.0.48.1: Extensions >> Generate >> Printing Marks (i believe so, spanish menu :P)
v.0.48.0: Extensions >> Render >> Printing Marks
And then generate some marks =) The error occurs with any of them.
Now, open the layer's dialog, and unlock the Printing Marks layer. Select all the stuff, and ungroup several times. No more objects grouped? Ok, now try to undo the actions, ctrl+z, ctrl+z,ctrl+z... and at the moment the layer was created, my program always crashed.
So the I think, the condition for the crash, after several tests, is ungroup the marks. I hope this helps, I want to see this program to be the star of vector design software!
Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.1 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (backtrace attached).
Not reproduced with upcoming 0.48.2 and 0.48+devel r10439.
