Crash in command line with "--verb-list"

When I use Inkscape by command line and type "inkscape.exe --verb-list", I have a Windows crash window which invites me to send a bug report.

Others arguments like --export-png, --export-area... works fine.

I'm on Windows XP with Inkscape 0.48.1.

Does the crash also occurs when using 'inkscape --verb-list' instead of 'inkscape.exe --verb-list'?

Possibly related to the other report about about 'inkscape.exe --shell' failing (bug #798573).

I don't have my XP PC with me, so i've tried with Windows 7.

As you can see, with "inkscape.exe" I don't have any message and no crash window (but I can see that the cmd window looses focus, as if a new window was created).

But with "inkscape" I have a crash (and it seems that the crash is in inkscape.exe).

So there is more than a .exe/.com problem here.
I can try on XP next monday and tell you.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk and 0.48.0.
Works as expected with 0.47.

Same error message as described in the previous comment.

Not reproduced on Ubuntu 10.10, inkscape trunk revision 10312.

Reproduced again on Windows XP with 0.48.4.
Not reproduced with r12688 (Inkscape no longer crashes and the verbs list shows as expected).

Closing "Fix committed" for 0.49. Don't hesitate to reopen if you run into the same issue again when 0.49 is out.
