Enhance to tag layers and display by tag

Hi,

I'd like to be able to tag layers and display the layers based on tags.

I'm diagramming which outlet in the house goes to which circuit breaker. I've layers for foundation and walls, windows and doors, and a layer to display the outlets associated with each circuit breaker. It would be nice to be able to display, say, just the outlets without the numbers that show the controlling circuit breaker, or everything on a single floor, and so forth. Being able to tag each layer, say a tag for all the outlet layers etc., and then display/hide sets of tags would be nice. You could also use these tags to export the layers, etc.

Obviously the key aspect of this request is to be able to classify a single layer in multiple ways.
