Bug Description
While drawing icons for Inkscape, I noticed that "Duplicate Current Layer" doesn't have an icon nor icon name definition.
I'll add an icon for it into my set and give it a placeholder id "layer-duplicate".

Sure. This icons.svg contains the missing icon with a suggested id and ref.
